Book Description

Ou Ratanak is a biologist and a planer who specializes in environmental planning. He has worked as a trainer and research coordinator at World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and Deputy Director of Facilitator and Information Sharing Office, Department of International Convention and Biodiversity,Ministry of Environment, General Department of Administration and Nature Conservation and Protection since 1998. After he got a Master's degree from Kyushu University (Japan) in Agricultural Economics, he has been a Rattan Project Manager at WWF. He has also been involved in various aspects of Protected Areas Management for over six years, as a government employee, consultant and researcher. His main interests are conservation of biodiversity, ecotourism, and environmental planning.
